Dyestuff Blending Software

The program is extremely useful for a dyestuff manufacturer.
Lot after lot that are manufactured, have different tones, hues and strength.
Ultimate aim is to mix them in such a way so as to produce lots of same tone, hue and strength.
This is achieved by Dyestuff blending software.
A prediction of diluent to match the strength is also given by software.

The program is extremely useful for a Pigment manufacturer.

Fibre Blending Software

Mixing of Fibres to achieve a special color effect particularly for Suiting material can be achieved with the Fibre Blending software.
A desired Color can be achieved by mixing different predyed fibres or tops.
A specially designed algorithm method is employed to achieve such matching.

Statistical Analysis (History)
All measured batches can be saved in a history file for statistical analysis.
Data can be retrieved period wise and the resultant deviations can be statistically expressed.

Grouping
Grouping of textile lots, denim or anything for that matter that needs to be sorted out and grouped on color and tone, is done by grouping software.
