The i-Fishermen® DIST D-2892/5236 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® The 800/860 AC combines two proven distillation methods in one fully automated system: atmospheric-vacuum-based TBP distillation (ASTM D2892) and pot still distillation of heavy residues (ASTM D5236).
Both processes can be carried out independently of each other. For TBP applications, there are up to 40 automatic templates with integrated scales and volume recording. In the Potstill module, up to 12 fractions are also weighed automatically and removed at a controlled distillation rate.
With a temperature range up to 575 °C AET and operating pressures up to 0.1 mmHg, the system delivers highly accurate, repeatable analysis results - ideal for applications in petrochemicals, research, testing laboratories or in the development of synthetic fuels.
The entire system is CE-compliant, enclosed and ready for immediate use after installation.
