Easy operation

• Equipped with 7-inch color LCD touch screen for simple, intuitive operation.
• Simply select a pre-registered test mode. No need to set detailed parameters.

Preheat function

• Ideal for high viscosity samples.
• By using this function, heating will start after the sample stabilizes at set temperature so that the heating rate will be stable.

Data storage

• 1,000 test results can be stored in the unit. 50 test results are displayed on the screen. By exporting to USB flash memory, all stored test results can be reviewed.

Fire containment system

• In case sample catches fire, containment gas (N2 or CO2) is automatically blown to sample cup to contain the fire. (Containment gas must be prepared by user)1,

Compatibility

• Consumables such as electric igniter, temperature sensor, flash detector, and test cup are compatible with APM-8. Even if updated to apm-100, the parts can still be used.
