The i-Fishermen® DIST D-2892 CC / FISCHER® AUTODEST® 800 AC is a turnkey, computer-controlled system for TBP distillations according to ASTM D2892. All process steps—from debutanization to vacuum distillation—are performed fully automatically. No manual operator intervention is required.
With a separation column with approx. 15 theoretical separation stages and automatic fraction distribution to up to 40 feeders, the system enables precise analysis of crude oil or test mixtures at temperatures up to 420°C AET. The built-in fork light barrier records the volume, while the weighing system precisely measures the mass of each fraction in real time.
The system meets the highest standards of safety, reproducibility, and data integrity—including output of the TBP curve in weight percent.
Ideal for applications in petrochemicals, research, testing laboratories, or in the development of synthetic fuels.
