The ILUDEST distillation unit DN 50 / 6 ltr is designed for processes at high temperatures and vacuum conditions. It is particularly suitable for the fractional separation of complex mixtures of substances in small to medium quantities.

With up to 50 theoretical separation stages, a total column length of 2,500 mm and automatic fraction switching, the system is a versatile tool for applications in food technology, flavors & fragrances, petrochemicals, solvent recovery and the development of "green" fuels.

The ILUDEST control system® [DC/MoS]² enables fully automatic control of all process variables, including vacuum control. An optional vacuum package with a cold trap for safe operation at -45°C rounds off the system. The system is delivered ready for connection and can be expanded in a modular fashion.
