Efficient evaporation with short dwell time

ILUDEST® The DS 50 thin-film evaporation system enables the precise separation of thermally sensitive substances in continuous operation. Unlike conventional evaporators, the product only remains on the heated surface for a few seconds – ideal for demanding applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, fine chemistry, biotechnology, and research and development.

A rotating wiper distributes the product as a "thin layer" on the heated glass surface - for particularly uniform temperature control and high separation performance. The compact system is suitable for viscosities up to 10,000 mPas, temperatures up to 300 °C and a pressure range from 1,100 to 0.1 mbar. With its modular control unit, individually adjustable heating circuits and powerful gear pumps, it offers maximum control over every process step.

The DS 50 is customized exactly to your requirements - including selection of materials, control technology and process control. Special solutions for higher throughputs or alternative media can also be realized on request.
