Precise control for demanding distillation processes

ILUDEST® [DC/MIC]³ is the powerful control unit for automated distillation processes with medium requirements.

Equipped with a 15″ color touch panel (capacitive), it enables intuitive operation and comprehensive control of all process parameters.

Whether constant heat output or temperature control - the system offers complete flexibility. The return/removal control with freely selectable ratio (1...500 s) and the exact separation of fractions via an optional valve control allow maximum process accuracy. Vacuum control, safety monitoring (temperature, differential pressure), jacket heating and cooling water flow control are also integrated.

Our control units can be equipped with an OPC UA interface for connection to your process control system. Live measured values can be read out via this. Conversion to Modbus TCP is possible.

Thanks to automated processes - from starting and reaching equilibrium to fractional distillation - the [DC/MIC]³ guarantees reproducible and reliable results. The integrated recipe management and optional PC remote control via Ethernet make the system ideal for demanding laboratory and pilot applications.
