High-vacuum distillation system for demanding applications
The i-Fishermen® Dist D-5236 CC/HV is a fully automatic high-vacuum distillation system for the temperature range of 200–650°C AET. With its extended HV column and precise vacuum control down to 0.003 mmHg, it is ideal for the distillation of residues and high-boiling components.
Like the standard version (CC), the HV model also has automatic vacuum reduction, isothermal heating control and distillation rate control by means of an integrated scale in the fraction collector. This is equipped with 12 heated end plates.
Distillation is fully automated in accordance with ASTM recommendations - including dynamic vacuum reduction. The process provides precise fraction data as well as a Potstill boiling curve in wt.% and vol.%. Complete automation reduces the total time to just 6-8 hours.
Safety and ease of servicing are guaranteed by an enclosed housing with front and rear doors in accordance with CE guidelines.
