The FISCHER® AUTODEST® The 800 AC/HV/S is a fully automated distillation system for atmospheric and multistage vacuum fractionation of complex hydrocarbon mixtures. It was specially developed for high final boiling points and lowest operating pressures—including high vacuum processes down to 0.005 mmHg.
All process steps - from debutanization to high-vacuum distillation - are carried out without manual intervention. The integrated fraction collection with up to 40 automatic templates precisely records the volume and mass of each fraction. This means that even small fractions can be analyzed reproducibly - at fraction temperatures of up to over 560 °C AET.
The unit is fully enclosed, meets all relevant safety requirements (including the EU Machinery Directive) and is ideal for applications in the petrochemical industry, research laboratories and in the development of synthetic fuels.
